This Privacy Policy explains what information PFP-Pro ("we," "our," "the site") collects, how it's used, and your choices — covering both the PFP-Pro editing tool and this website generally. If anything here is unclear, contact us at hello@pfp-pro.com.
Photos you edit
PFP-Pro's editor runs entirely in your browser using client-side JavaScript and the Canvas API. When you select or drop a photo, it is decoded and processed locally on your device. Your photo is never transmitted to, or stored on, any server we operate. We have no access to it, no copy of it, and no record that you used it. Closing or refreshing the page clears it completely. You can verify this yourself using your browser's developer tools — see the "Verify it yourself" section on the tool page.
Information we collect
PFP-Pro doesn't require an account, a sign-in, or any personal details to use the tool. We don't operate a database of users or uploaded content.
Some information may still be collected automatically, either by our hosting provider or by third-party services described below:
- Standard server/technical logs (such as IP address, browser type, device type, and pages requested), typically retained briefly by our hosting provider for security and operational purposes.
- Aggregate usage analytics, if enabled, used only to understand which pages are visited and how the site performs — not to identify individuals.
Cookies and advertising
This site displays advertising served by third-party advertising network(s). Our advertising partners may use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites, and to measure ad performance.
- You can opt out of personalized advertising from many ad networks at once via aboutads.info/choices (US) or youronlinechoices.eu (EU).
- Our current advertising partner's own use of data is described in their respective privacy policy, which we link to from this page once our advertising arrangement is finalised.
We don't set first-party tracking or advertising cookies of our own within the PFP-Pro editor itself.
Third-party services
Beyond our advertising partner(s), we may use third-party services for hosting, security, or basic analytics. These providers may process limited technical data (like IP address) under their own privacy policies, independent of PFP-Pro.
Children's privacy
PFP-Pro is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at hello@pfp-pro.com and we'll address it.
Data retention
Because we don't collect your photos or require an account, there is essentially nothing of yours for us to retain. Any technical log data collected by our hosting provider or advertising partners is subject to their own retention policies, not ours.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA to access, correct, or delete personal data held about you. Since PFP-Pro itself doesn't hold personal data or photos, requests relating to advertising cookies are best directed to our advertising partner(s) or via the opt-out links above. For any other question about this policy, contact us directly.
In short: your photo stays on your device the entire time you use PFP-Pro. The only data collection on this site comes from standard hosting logs and our advertising partner's cookies, both described above.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date above.
