These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PFP-Pro at pfp-pro.com (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
1. Description of the service
PFP-Pro is a free, browser-based tool for cropping, enhancing, and exporting profile pictures. All image processing happens locally in your browser — see our Privacy Policy for details on how your photos are (and aren't) handled.
2. Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Service, and in any case must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you should have a parent or guardian review these Terms.
3. Your content
You retain all rights to any photo you edit using PFP-Pro — we never receive, store, or have any claim to it. You're responsible for making sure you have the right to use and edit any photo you upload, including photos of other people. Don't use the Service to edit or generate content that is illegal, infringing, or that you don't have the right to use.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service or its underlying code beyond normal use in your own browser.
5. Intellectual property
The PFP-Pro website, its design, and its code are owned by us (or licensed to us) and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the Service for its intended purpose, but may not copy, redistribute, or commercially repackage the site or its code without permission.
6. Advertising
The Service is supported by advertising from third-party advertising network(s). We aren't responsible for the content of third-party ads shown on the site. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising cookies work.
PFP-Pro is provided as a free utility, as-is, with no account required and nothing about your photos stored on our end.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted, error-free operation. We do not guarantee the Service will always be available or free of bugs.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PFP-Pro and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
9. Changes to the service or these terms
We may modify or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
